I, the undersigned declared that the information provided on this form is correct. I will also comply with the rules and regulations of KAS that will be updated periodically in KAS Facebook account. I also declared that I am a competent kite-surfer and is able to go upwind consistently.

Membership Fee: S$50.00 (till 30 Nov 2024) - Car Decal : $10.00 – Replacement Lost Tag $10.00. Payment indicate name on application form.

1. Application to join KAS is subject to the Association membership committee;

2. Upon confirmation of membership, the applicant will pay the membership fees, which will be determine by KAS committee;

3. Kite surfing activities will be done within the area specify by KAS (where approval from the governing authorities is given to KAS to conduct kite surfing activities in the area);

4. Area information, period of the use, members doing kite surfing (herein known as kiters) recall procedures will updated in KAS facebook group;

5. Any deviation from these designated area will be construed as an infringement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and will be subject to a fine by CAAS

6. Kiters in regulated area will need to comply with the rules and/or members request stop / move kiting activities to a different locations;

7. Members who want to conduct kite surfing activities at the designated area must inform the KAS via posting in the Facebook group prior to commencement, indicating their name and mobile contact numbers

8. Under no circumstances is the KAS and its committee and members are liable for any injuries and/or damage to property, to the kiters, members of the public and public facility. The sole liability reside with the kiter for his/her own as well as public safety;

9. KAS does NOT provide insurance coverage protection;

10. Kiters which breach any rules / conditions for membership will be given notice. His/her particulars will be given to CAAS for further action, if required. Any subsequent infringement may result in expulsion from KAS or fine from CAAS.
